Buying your house in Arguineguín? The village is centrally located between Maspalomas and Puerto Rico and is one of the oldest towns on the south coast of Gran Canaria. Although buying here is very popular with the Scandinavian countries, it has not lost its authentic charm. The harbour is still a charming place with traditional fishing boats, natural swimming pools and cafés and restaurants with their local charm. In the developed resort areas such as Los Altos or Loma Dos, you will often find space and privacy; of course, the more outdoor space and privacy you desire, the higher the prices. Villas start at EUR 450000. Prices are more expensive here because there is a neighbourhood feel and high-rise buildings are not allowed here due to local restrictions.

Buying your house in San Agustín? The smaller and quieter neighbour of Playa del Inglés with lots of low buildings, greenery and tranquillity. The hustle and bustle of Playa del Inglés is only a few minutes away by car, but in San Agustín itself there are plenty of high quality restaurants and shops. There are villas to be found in San Agustín; these are rather pricey and start at 600000 euros. The price is explained by the fact that there is no space left to build new high-rise projects here. There is sufficient demand and rather little supply, which explains the higher price.

Puerto and Playa de Mogán is also called the Venice of the Canary Islands. It is a quiet, idyllic place with many cafes and restaurants aimed at the higher tourist segment. In Puerto or Playa de Mogán, you will find quality bungalows, villas and flats. However, they rarely come on the market and, of course, come with a hefty price tag.
